THE AMICABLE RECOVERY



Amicable negociation

Finding an amicable solution is always prefered, establishing with the debtor company a constructive dialogue.

In fact it is quite important to analize the reasons of non paiement and to finalize a solution adapted to our clients interests. This solution can be either a plan of payment or a transactional solution.

If the debtor company's financial situation doesn't permit the realisation of basic methods of payment, we therefore try to find original solutions that will avoid legal action.



Installation and securisation of the plan or transaction modalities

As soon as an agreement has been found with both parties, our lawyers immediately draw up the corresponding contract. This last will become a real proof of debt in the case the debtor company doesn't honour its payments.



Monitoring the good execution

We do ensure the good follow-up of the execution of the transaction, and our clients regularly receive an updated information concerning this business development.
