How could we define RECOVERY SQUARE expertise in regards of
International Debt Collection ?


From its founding members point of view, it can be drawn up as the capacty of:
  
  • analyzing the reasons of the claim's non payment,
  • proposing a solution with corresponding actions,
  • being able to implement and control it untill its realization, that is to say cashing of funds and restitution to the client.

RECOVERY SQUARE founding members decided to create a new company, combining and making use of one's talents, networks and IT supports.

The good combination of all these skills is the essence of the company.

This is how Mr Jean BERBETT, after having created and managed TRADINTER SA for more than 15 years (company founded in 1989 which fastly became THE correspondant of many credit insurance companies for the collection of their claims) is now taking an active part, with some of his formers colleagues, in the promotion of RECOVERY SQUARE.

This is also how a French Law Firm managed by Mr Alain FENEON, which was used to work with TRADINTER SA for many years in the past, offers to RECOVERY SQUARE its excellent knowledge in the fiels of Commercial Law, and more especially in International Corporate Law.

It is quite importe to remind that the Law Firm FENEON & DELABRIERE ASSOCIES has fully participated to the redaction of the first OHADA Uniform Act (Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa).
